Our Architectural Process
Phase 1 — Briefing & Site Study
We begin every project with a detailed briefing session. We understand your requirements, aspirations, budget, and timeline. We then conduct a thorough site study — analysing orientation, existing conditions, access, local by-laws, and surrounding context.
Phase 2 — Concept Design
Our team develops multiple design directions for your consideration. These include preliminary floor plans, site plans, building massing, and key elevations. We present these with sketches, 3D visualizations, and material references so you can make informed decisions.
Phase 3 — Design Development
Once a concept is selected, we develop it in full detail. Structural coordination, building services, material specifications, and detailed drawings are all produced at this stage. We also handle all statutory approvals and permit submissions where required.
Phase 4 — Construction Documentation
We produce a complete set of working drawings and specifications that guide the construction team. Our documentation is detailed enough to eliminate ambiguity on site — reducing errors, delays, and cost overruns.
Phase 5 — Construction Supervision
We visit the site regularly during construction to ensure the design intent is being faithfully executed. We resolve any on-site queries promptly and work closely with contractors to maintain quality and schedule.
