Our Landscape Design Process
Phase 1 — Site Analysis
We begin with a detailed study of your outdoor space — its size, orientation, existing vegetation, soil type, drainage patterns, and relationship to the building. This analysis informs every decision that follows.
Phase 2 — Concept Design
We develop a landscape concept that responds to your brief, the building’s architecture, and the character of the site. This includes layout plans, planting palettes, material references, and 3D visualizations.
Phase 3 — Detailed Design
The concept is developed into fully detailed plans, including planting plans, hardscape drawings, lighting layouts, and irrigation schematics. Every element is specified clearly for accurate execution.
Phase 4 — Execution Support
We work alongside landscaping contractors during implementation, ensuring that planting, paving, and all other elements are installed as designed. We conduct final walkthroughs and provide aftercare guidance.
